About the Course
The Yoga & Yogasana Sports Progressive Training Course (Level 1–10) is a long-term, structured pathway designed for children and teenagers who wish to grow as Yogasana practitioners and future sports champions.
Starting from age 6, students move level by level every year, developing:
Strong Yogasana foundations
Discipline, focus and confidence
Flexibility, strength, balance and endurance
Stage presence and competitive performance skills
After Level 10, students are ready for professional Yogasana sports, teacher training and coaching pathways under UYSF.
📌 Eligibility
Minimum age: 6 years
Maximum age: 18 years
No prior yoga training required
Physically and mentally fit children can enroll
📌 Course Structure
Total: 10 Levels
Level 1 → Level 10 (approx. 1 year per level)
Age progression:
Level 1: Age 6–7
Level 2: Age 7–8
Level 3: Age 8–9
Level 4: Age 9–10
Level 5: Age 10–11
Level 6: Age 11–12
Level 7: Age 12–13
Level 8: Age 13–14
Level 9: Age 14–16
Level 10: Age 16–18

Each Level = 1 Year Training Program
Includes:
Theory sessions
Practical training
Internal assessment
Championship performance evaluation
📌 Certification
Each level is certified by Universal Yoga Sports Federation (UYSF).
Progressive certificates from Level 1 to Level 10.

To create future Yoga leaders, teachers, coaches, and champions
These courses are conducted by Associate Centers affiliated with the UYSF Foundation.
UYSF Foundation ensures standardized training, quality assurance, and uniform certification standards across all recognized centers.
