About the Course
Overview
This diploma prepares students to become skilled Hatha Yoga teachers with strong alignment knowledge. The course combines traditional Hatha philosophy with modern anatomical understanding, asana labs, sequencing, and hands-on teaching practicum. Students learn how to guide safe, effective, and structured yoga sessions for different levels of practitioners.

• Age 16+• Basic Yoga experience preferred• Suitable for aspiring teachers & yoga practitioners

1️⃣ Hatha Yoga Philosophy & Texts (Theory)
• Foundations of Hatha Yoga• Classical texts: Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita• Yogic principles and traditional practices
2️⃣ Alignment Principles (Theory + Practical)
• Functional alignment concepts• Joint safety & mobility• Understanding body mechanics
3️⃣ Asana Lab (Practical)

• 1 complete 60-minute teaching class• Written exam on theory & teaching methodology
